Shipping policy

 

Below you will find the average delivery time for all our packages, in normal circumstances and unless stated otherwise:

  • Once an order is placed, we take 1 - 3 working days to process the order. During the week, it takes one working day, but if you order on a Friday evening or at the weekend, it may take a little longer.
  • Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched, and delivery takes an average of 5 - 12 working days.

Placing an Order

The ordering process at Kate & Sarah Jewellery is as simple as possible. First, go to the product page and add the product you want to your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button.

Make sure you have selected the correct variants before proceeding. Once everything is in order, click on "Proceed to Checkout". On the Information page, enter your correct address details and click "Continue to Shipping".

On the Shipping page, you can review your address details. Please note that every shipment is sent completely free of charge — as a token of our appreciation, we always cover the shipping and delivery costs.

You can proceed by clicking "Proceed to Payment".

At Kate & Sarah Jewellery, all payment options are SSL-encrypted, ensuring a fully secure payment environment. Available payment methods include:

We cover the shipping costs for every order. All of our products are delivered to your door 100% free of charge. There is also no minimum order quantity required.

To ensure we can offer fair prices during our closing sale, we collect parcels in large quantities and ship them together once we reach our minimum quantity. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
